Yellow Kid

with 2 comments

The yellow journalism name is gotten its origin from a character called “yellow kid”

Of course it depends on how reliable the press is, i mean there is a variety of media that disseminate a large range of information; so it depends on the history of the magazine, sometimes an information press (like a magazine) is so untrustworthy that they deny and excuse for what they have stated in their news. Lies are common as far as news are concerned but their dose defines whether we can rely on them or not.

  1. Yup,the word ‘yellow journalism’ is originated from the first color comic strip pages, revolving a bald yellow nightshirt kid also as known as the ‘Yellow Kid’.It soon became popular in 1896 when the cartoonist Richard Outcault start spreading his comics in the New York World.
